The course is aimed at providing learners with knowledge and skills on how to efficiently and safely perform immunological techniques diagnose and manage adverse reactions in patients and clients.

Goal:

This course is designed to equip students with knowledge and skills in immunological techniques as well as management of various adverse reactions.

Objectives:

On completion of the course, students should be able to:

 

1.0  Describe immunology, immunological techniques and various immunological techniques used in past and present medical practice

2.0  Identify and describe types of adverse reactions

3.0  Identify Sources and causes of adverse reactions

4.0  Management, control and prevention of adverse reactions in the clinic and community levels.
